I know that property cannot be successfully managed from a desk and understand that communication is the key to a successful working relationship between management, board of directors, owners and all other parties and is also the key to resolving the various conflicts that do arise. I strongly believe that everyone who communicates with management deserves to receive a timely, thoughtful response. The successful management of people is one of the most valuable skills I have acquired in my 15 years of working with property owners, board members, business professionals, contractors and laborers. 
My experience ranges from a nine-unit complex with no amenities, to a 500 unit, 62 building complex with an in-house staff of fourteen in a golf and country club setting. My first management position in the Sarasota area was a 467 unit high rise on Siesta Key with marina, clay tennis courts and complete in-house staff. I have a wide range of professional management experience to draw on and can successfully organize the day-to-day operations of your association.
